Please
contact the Pre-school for current fees.
All
fees should be paid in advance. They can be paid weekly, monthly,
half termly or termly. A cheque guarantee card must accompany
all payments made by cheque. Fees must still be paid if your
child is absent through illness or holiday. Non-payment of fees
may lead to the loss of your child's place at the Pre-school.
Funded
Children
At
the beginning of the term after their 3rd birthday all children
are entitled to government funding. There are three cut off
funding dates: 31st December, 31st March and 31st August. If
your child's birthday is after these dates you will not receive
any funding until the following term. For example, if your child's
birthday is on the 2nd September, funding will not begin until
January the following year.
Funding forms must be filled in and returned to the Pre-school
with proof of your child's date of birth (passport, birth certificate,
etc.) Current government funding entitles each child to 5 free
sessions per week. (Lunch Club is optional extra for which a
fee is payable to the Pre-school).
Leaving
Pre-school
Please
give half a terms notice if you are leaving - this will give
us time to notify the next person on the waiting list that a
place is available. If you leave mid term and are fee paying,
we reserve the right to bill you for the remainder of the term.
